In order to authentically achieve this mission, we are committed to making sure that the intersectionality of diverse thought and perspectives are reflected, understood, and elevated across our community. It is our responsibility to intentionally layer best practices into every aspect of our organization so that this work becomes a fundamental part of who we are as a community.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just like marketing, this work is a practice that should be a continuous learning process that leads to measurable outcomes and impact.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ama-deia-guiding-principles\">AMA DEIA Guiding Principles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These guiding principles are what will help us lead and mobilize the efforts of our community of volunteer leaders, stakeholders, and partners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-accordion accordion \">\n\t\n\n<button class=\"accordion-header\">Reflect<\/button>\n\n<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n\t\n\n<p>We are committed to increasing the diversity of underrepresented groups, perspectives and identities within the AMA community.
